How to use solar energy efficiently?
For my senior year I'm really thinking of doing a good hydroponic experiment little. I want to use solar energy so that the experiment is as green as possible. hydroponics I've done before, so I know how to do it and everything. My real problem is using solar energy to power a pump. So basically I'm asking people if there is any way to a small aquarium pump with a solar energy? How many volts should I be looking with my solar panels and solar energy need to be in sunlight? The engine is a small 1.5 volt motor, so I have 1.5 volts of solar panels? And another thing to use? Google was Vaughan. So many questions, sorry, I'm really new at this!
Plots need to be in sunlight. Or, you can store energy and use it later. But I advise you not play with life. Install a backup pump, just in case. Sorry I know nothing more.
